Cyber Security levels 5 and 6 are TVET/CDACC courses based on a Competency Based Curriculum meant to prepare individuals who would like to operate at technical level in the cyber security space. Level five (5) of this course requires a Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (K.C.S.E.) with a minimum mean grade of D+ (D Plus).
Level five (5) of this course takes a total duration of 1,620 hours (54 weeks at 30 hours per week) inclusive of industrial attachment. Level six (6) of this course requires a Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (K.C.S.E.) with a minimum mean grade of C- (C minus). Level five (6) of this course takes a total duration of 2,610 hours (87 weeks at 30 hours per week) inclusive of industrial attachment.
